Our hiring team organise the initial interview, over a coffee, to get to know our potential new employee on a personal level. One thing we do like to do during the interview process is to check up on your relevant Qualifications, Criminal History, Knowledge within our Sector and the new employee’s interests. Safety for our clients and business information is our number one priority.

• NEXT: Is each party happy with how the catch up went? YAY! We will then move onto getting our new employee set up within the system to do upskilling learning modules.

Relevant ID includes both your WWCC (Working with Children’s Check) and current Victoria Driver’s License. (Signed forms need to be completed before driving company vehicles.)

Hours of work has gone into our employee portal/app.
Within this beautiful app, we have our regular updated Knowledge Base Section. Within this section, employees can complete modules within their own time, and request modules that they think would benefit them.
