Our hiring team organise the initial interview, over a coffee, to get to know our potential new employee on a personal level. One thing we do like to do during the interview process is to check up on your relevant Qualifications, Criminal History, Knowledge within our Sector and the new employee’s interests. Safety for our clients and business information is our number one priority.

What we ask of each of our committed employees.
CCS administration team kindly ask that during the initial process, we deep dive into your history around Qualifications and what our company expect of you while under contract with CCS & Home Maintenance.
Additional requirements might look like providing your First Aid Certificate or background skillset around this course and relevant certificate.

Due to the line of work we do and the requirements within our business, we do ask that the potential new employee undergoes a Criminal History Check.
Relevant ID includes both your WWCC (Working with Children’s Check) and current Victoria Driver’s License. (Signed forms need to be completed before driving company vehicles.)

Within this beautiful app, we have our regular updated Knowledge Base Section. Within this section, employees can complete modules within their own time, and request modules that they think would benefit them.
Throughout your employment we do initiate online learning modules. These assist with refreshing your memory and keeping up to date with current policies, procedures and legislations.
