As a little girl, I would often wonder, "How do you know when you come across someone, that you would want to spend the rest of your life with?" Being so little, with so much energy, compassion and drive to do new things, I was never not on the go or looking for someone new to make friends with. Sharing love and laughter came so natural, to someone so small.

Fast Forward.... just a little smidge.

After persevering through some challenging times...

Bailee and I (Shontelle) formed a very strong bond, which then led us to being young parents to our first boy.

Challenging; but anyone that knew Bailee and myself knew we were always up for a challenge.

Along came our second boy, in amongst working full-time, I (Shontelle) was currently in my 5th year of Residential Care (OoHC), caring for youth, ranging in age from 7 to 17 years of age. When I  moved to Acting Team Leader Position, I soon found myself committing even more hours to my job.

Bailee has held many different positions within the Civil Construction Industry including welding, fence building, farming, machine operation, packing, coordinating, team leading to name a few. These skills have assisted his growth within CCS. The creation of CCS came about during COVID-19, adding a little bit more chaos to our daily routine. Working full-time, with the boys, and soon to be moving into the house we built, we decided to leave our jobs and focus more on the children while growing CCS on the side.

Life normally comes in threes, right? Well not us.

Focusing on the children, growing the business, settling into our new family home... what could possibly be next?

• CCS explodes - Influx of new clients, regular commitments, company growth, needing new employees.... mumma getting very large....

Bailee and myself, best of friends, are in our early twenties, raising our three boys under the age of 6.

Together, along with with our 11 hard working employees, we are CCS & Home Maintenance.
