CCS & Home Maintenance provides participants with assistance with, 

or supervision of, personal tasks of daily life to develop skills of the participant to live as autonomously as possible at the standard intensity during WEEKDAY/WEEKEND/PUBLIC HOLIDAY/ OVERNIGHT STAYS.

• Are Highly trained
• Qualified
• Obtained WWCC
• Passed & Cleared Police Checks 
• Regular upskilled

ABOUT ME & MY CARER

• Each carer must arrive on time unless told otherwise.

• Each carer must not arrive to work affected by drugs or alcohol. 

• Each support carer must have a reliable car with Insurance. 

• Carers must respect you and your service agreement. 

• Carers must be wearing appropriate clothing. 

• Ensuring you are not drug or alcohol affected while supports are being undertaken in your care.

• Ensuring no violent/harmful animals are in the way of carers while present at your home. 

• Ensuring no harmful actions or violent/sexual behaviour occurs at any time while carers are assisting with supports. 

• Making sure your environment is safe while carers are present with you. 

• Any concerning information that has been spoken with to carer that may have a negative impact on your life or way of living/thinking may be shared with the CEO and your assessment team.

CCS collaborate with the NDIA cost and breakdown fees.
